Description
Rupping Bush Retreats is a stylish self-catering house located in the Shona Langa Nature Reserve, set in the heart of the Waterberg and just 55 km from Bela-Bela. The reserve is home to approximately 29 species of game and a rich variety of birdlife, making it the ideal escape for families wanting a break from the pace of city life.
This comfortable retreat can accommodate up to 4 guests, perfect for 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults. The house features 2 en-suite bedrooms, both equipped with ceiling fans to keep cool during warm summer evenings. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds (which can be converted to a king-size bed) and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and double vanity.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge. stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. For guests’ convenience, there is a washing machine and dishwasher. An inviting breakfast counter with stools creates a welcoming space for easy meals and conversation. The main living area is air-conditioned and furnished with comfy seating, a TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi, and features a lovely dining area.
A glass door opens onto the outdoor braai area, and guests can also enjoy evenings around the boma firepit with beautiful views of the surrounding bush. Game feeders on both sides of the house often attract wildlife, offering close-up views right from the comfort of the home.
Guests also have exclusive access to a game-viewing vehicle, perfect for exploring the 2000-hectare private nature reserve. The reserve includes a dam, wetland area, and a bush lapa for relaxing, braai, or peaceful picnics in nature.
