Description
Sababa is a semi-detached, thatched double-storey townhouse located in the secure Shelley Point Estate, approximately 200 m from the beach. The estate offers coastal walking paths, cycling routes, a 9-hole golf course, and access to a hotel spa, swimming pool, and restaurants.
The unit comprises 2 upstairs bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and 2 bathrooms. The en-suite bathroom has a bath and shower, while the second bathroom offers a shower-over-bath. A sleeper couch in the lounge can accommodate 2 additional guests at an extra cost per person per night. A third bathroom fitted with a shower and toilet is located on the ground floor.
The open-plan living area includes a lounge and dining space with air-conditioning, leading to a sheltered patio with a built-in braai and a private enclosed outdoor area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, microwave, prep bowl, and granite countertops. A separate scullery and laundry area includes a washing machine and tumble-dryer.
Smart TVs with 20-channel OpenView and Netflix are available in the lounge and main bedroom; however, guests will have to log in to their own accounts. Free Wi-Fi is included. Secure open parking bays are situated approximately 50 metres from the unit. Please note that the staircase is steep and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.
Local attractions include Shelley Bay Beach, Britannia Bay, Paternoster, and the Cape Columbine Lighthouse. Guests can also enjoy birdwatching, kayaking, and seasonal whale watching in the area.
Although all ages are welcome, the staircase to the upper level is quite steep and therefore not ideal for small children or the elderly.
