Thoroughly enjoyed the time away, well decorated but lacked maintenance. We had a great time with the family. The unit was well decorated and equipped. Sadly, we had a problem with 2 air conditioners and the dishwasher, which did spoil it a bit.

Average. The stay was pleasant but not quite what was expected. The pictures don't give an accurate view of the villa, which is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. On arrival, we found the villa to be heavy with the smell of smoke and damp. Various cupboards in the villa did not open and close properly, and one cupboard was falling off. This was dangerous because it is a glass door and could have fallen. The hot water in the kitchen did not work. There were no cleaning utensils or products other than (fake) dishwashing liquid - no washing powder, no dishwasher tablets, etc. The dishwasher is definitely faulty, and water kept damming up inside, so we didn't use it.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry your stay wasn't fully as expected. We apologise for the smoke and damp smells; the latter may be due to recent rain and humidity. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit and it might be a bypass that you smelled. Cleaning supplies are in the kitchen broom cupboard. Thank you for reporting the dishwasher and cupboard. Unsettling with a 5 month old baby and renovations taking place next door. Please give a warning of noise made by builders doing renovations before the booking is confirmed. The HOA should advise which units are being renovated.
