Description

Nestled in the rolling foothills of the Maluti Mountains of the north eastern Free State lies the Golden Gate Highlands National Park. The Glen Reenen Rest Camp is situated close to the Golden Gate Hotel and Chalets, and is ideal or nature lovers who prefer to get a bit closer to the natural environment.

Choose your stay from rondavels, longdavels, and family cottages. These options have a variety of single beds, double beds, and stack beds to ensure your break is restful and calm. The rooms can take 2 to 6 people depending on accommodation capacity, with family cottages comprising 1 to 3 bedrooms.

Caravan and camping sites are also on the list. Braai, scullery and ablutions facilities guarantee a comfortable stay, complete with power points in some of the camp sites.

The Glen Reenen Rest Camp offers a general dealer and filling station, Brandwag curio shop, licensed restaurant, coffee shop and a ladies' bar. Guests can also cool off in the natural pool at Glen Reenen Rest Camp.
