Very disappointed. Terrible stay, location and complex were great. Unfortunately, the unit was far below standard, poorly maintained and definitely not worth the money we spent. The unit looked nothing like the pictures; the furniture was dirty, broken and rusty. I would never book this unit again. The owner and hosting agent offered a 2-night discount, but even that was not worth it.

Dear Mrs Goodwin, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely regret that your stay did not meet your expectations. As soon as you informed us of your concerns, we offered the option to move to another unit, but we understand that you chose to remain in the original unit. To address the inconvenience, we provided a two-night discount. Since your stay, the owner has attended to most of the issues raised: the stack door and outside furniture have been replaced, lamps and the downstairs TV unit have been updated, cupboard doors that were water-damaged have been replaced, the couches are being recovered and bathroom mirrors have been renewed. We take guest feedback very seriously and are committed to ensuring all our units meet the high standards expected.
