Excellent holiday destination for rest and relaxation. We had a wonderful holiday in a lovely place. We enjoyed the braai enclosed area with beautiful sea views.

It could've been better, but the impact lighting compromised the entire evening. The electricity in the living room was not working. When notified, nothing could be done to address it. Since we were receiving wedding party arriving on Friday from Cape Town for a wedding taking place in Groot Brak, this was more than inconvenient. The candles in the living room contributed to the atmosphere in the apartment, but it was dismal for catering from the kitchen. We received guests between 07:00 and by 10:00 all guests arrived and departed for their own accommodation. During this time, neighbours complained and sent security to evict my guests. I found this incredibly unfortunate, because it does come across as hostile. We did not play any music. I do have to indicate that for two periods of about 20 minutes, there were many people on the balcony. I, however, facilitated this welcoming myself and kept a close eye on everything. For such a well-behaved, difficult wedding party arrivals process, I think the hospitality could have been better. I note there was no party, no reception, and no music. Just allowing everyone as they arrived from Cape Town to greet. At most, we had 15 people at the same time, but the standard group was eight, including my own family who stayed over.
