Description

Sea Spray is a unit in a secure guarded complex in Bloubergstrand. The apartment is just across the road from the white, sandy Blouberg beach and offers uninterrupted panoramic views of Table Mountain and Robben Island.

This entire ground-floor apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed with a very comfortable mattress.

The unit has uncapped fibre Wi-Fi with a Smart TV with Netflix, and YouTube, but no DStv. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, cutlery, crockery and utensils. The lounge leads out to a garden and direct access to the beach.

Secure undercover parking for 1 vehicle is provided. The Sea Spray building offers 24-hour security with remote-controlled access, a communal coin-operated laundry facility as well as a communal swimming pool with sun loungers.

Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Please note this is a self-catering unit and the cleaning fee is an exit cleaning fee. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request.
