Sea View Holiday Home in Plettenberg Bay offers a stylish and modern retreat with panoramic views of the ocean, situated just 1.8 km from the beach.
The middle level comprises 3 bedrooms, each with ample cupboard space and an en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed, 2 child-only beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The third bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Two additional single beds can be arranged on request, allowing the unit to accommodate up to 8 guests. A guest toilet is on the lower level. Linen, bath towels, and swimming towels are provided. A reading and relaxation space, a dining table used for board games and puzzles, and a large enclosed balcony with sea views are also on this level.
The lower level features a living area with a Smart TV, a 6-seater dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen containing a fridge-freezer, oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, and air fryer. An entertainment area offers a pool table and a dartboard. Additional facilities include free Wi-Fi and Netflix.
The lower level leads out to the garden and pool deck, furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a portable braai. Loadshedding provisions are in place with an inverter to ensure comfort during power interruptions. Secure covered parking is available for one vehicle.
