Description

Seariver is located next to the Riviera Hotel on the banks of the Hartenbos River. The house offers a view of the river and has a lovely patio area with an outdoor braai.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as an open-plan kitchen with a living area that opens onto the large patio. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom contains a double bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. A bath, washbasin and toilet are available in the second bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine and a dishwasher are also available in the home. Leading from the kitchen is a 6-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together.

The living area is furnished with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with a Netflix, Showmax and a full selection of DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. Through the stacking doors, there is a lovely patio with outdoor furniture as well as a built-in braai. Guests are afforded a locked garage for secure parking.

The accommodation is powered by solar panels.

The location of this accommodation is within close proximity to the beach. Hartenbos Waterfront has a shopping centre with several shops, restaurants and bars.
