Ideal for intimate, yet spacious family togetherness and holiday entertainment, this private villa offers deluxe self-catering accommodation with a modern touch.
The finely furnished home can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large open plan living area which is one of the top features of the house. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a glass-paneled en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, while bedrooms 3 and 4 are each furnished with 2 single beds. All 3 bedrooms have access to 2 adjoining bathrooms, one with a bath and a shower, and the other one with a shower only. All linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a gas hob and electric oven, a microwave, an air fryer, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, this house spoils with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer for guests’ convenience. The kitchen expands to the 8-seater dining table with chairs, where guests can enjoy a lovely family dinner, and further flows into the spacious lounge area furnished with comfy seating space and a Smart TV with access to a full selection of DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit.
Leading from the spacious living area are the huge sliding doors that open up onto a wrap-around patio and permit fresh sea air to fill the space. The quaint covered braai area on the patio with outdoor furniture ensures that every part of the entertainment area is designed for family fun and relaxation.
Guests can enjoy the private front garden, as well as the outdoor braai facilities. A secure garage and fully enclosed parking are available to guests, and the property is secure with an alarm system.
The location offers easy access to beaches, various restaurants, art galleries, and coffee shops. It is located within close proximity to the lagoon, scenic walking, and mountain biking trails on the mountain.
