Seaview Loft is a self-catering unit with a private entrance, attached to the owner's main house in Melkbosstrand. The property is located within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

The unit can accommodate 3 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a living area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin.

The living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, and a washing machine. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfortable couches, a three-quarter bed and a TV with DStv channels. The loft has solar power and is not affected by loadshedding.

Guests can enjoy a meal at the dining table that overlooks Table Mountain.

Secure parking is available for small vehicles. Larger vehicles must use street parking or arrange in advance for parking inside the gate.
