Seehuis is a beautiful ground floor unit that is located in the Khamangabay Estate in the town of Chintsa East, on the Wild Coast of the Eastern Cape. Chintsa boasts unspoilt white sandy beaches, backed by forested dunes, lagoons and rivers.

The unit comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The second bathroom also has a shower, basin and toilet. Each bedroom has sliding doors leading outside.

There is also an open-plan living area and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave, a fridge, crockery, cutlery and a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge area features comfortable seating and a TV with full DStv channels.

The lounge opens through sliding doors to a patio with magnificent views of the ocean and a braai.

The property is a mere 70 m from the beachfront. The estate has its own private pathway offering direct access to the beach.

Nearby attractions include Inkwenkwezi Private Game Reserve and the Olivewood Golf Estate, which is just 3 km away. There are also several restaurants nearby.
