Description

Seewindelaan is a lovely townhouse located in a beachfront complex at Scottburgh Beach. The house is set merely meters from the sea and sand, making it the perfect location for scuba divers wanting to dive the aliwal shoal reef which is situated right out front.

This holiday home comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Both the second and third bedrooms have a queen-size bed and share use of the second bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, toilet, and washbasin.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, microwave, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. This area further extends into the living room furnished with a lounge suite and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

The sliding doors open onto the large patio with stunning 180-degree sea views. There’s also outdoor furniture and braai facilities for entertainment. The private lock-up garages can park 3 vehicles with ease.
