Description

Serradella Lodge in Kleinmond boasts uninterrupted and sweeping views of the mountains over the local golf course. The double-storey self-catering lodge is located on a large plot with a flowing mountain stream. The tranquillity in the immediate vicinity and surroundings provides an ideal environment for a peaceful breakaway weekend. The lodge is ideal for golfers, with only a narrow road separating the lodge from the golf course. The clubhouse is only a short walk away. The Arabella golf course is also located close by and offers an alternative course on which to play.

Serradella Lodge can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet, an upstairs lounge and dining area, and a downstairs open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.

The first bedroom is upstairs and contains a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds, and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The upstairs entertainment area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV and an 8-seater dining table and chairs. Sliding doors open to a balcony with an outdoor dining table and beautiful views.

The second bedroom is downstairs and contains a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds, and a shower en suite with a toilet and twin washbasins. The downstairs kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and a breakfast bar with stools. The downstairs lounge contains comfy seating and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen and lounge open to a patio and garden area with a built-in braai. Two huge oak trees provide shaded parking.
