Seventy9 is situated in the heart of Newton Park and is a quiet, family-focused haven. There are 2 small dogs that live on the premises but they tend to keep to themselves and prefer to be left alone.The neighbourhood is central to most locations in town and has easy access to Cape Road which connects most of the city. It is also a safe place to walk around during the day, though please use your own discretion.
Accommodation is available in 3 garden flats; 2 of which is able to sleep 3 people in single beds, while the third is able to accommodate 5 people with a double bed and 3 single beds. Each flat features a TV and a semi equipped self-catering kitchenette. Tea- and coffee-making facilities are complimentary. Additionally, the units are each stocked with towels and other essentials, leaving you to just pack your personal toiletries and save a bit of bag space.
The 5 sleeper flat has sitting room area which is spacious and neat, the perfect place to play a board game in the evenings or watch a bit of TV. It is recommended that you bring your own internet dongle if internet access is required as there is only capped Wi-Fi if there is an emergency. Secure parking is provided.
The flats are cool, clean and a pleasure to spend time in. Whether you're visiting friends and relatives in town or spending time in town for a wedding or sporting event, Seventy9 caters to all clients. The property is close to not only the Greenacres and Bridge shopping complex but also Newton Park Super Spar, Pick 'n Pay Newton Park, the Newton Park Public Library, Greenacres Hospital, the many shops and restaurants along Cape Road, as well as a few parks for the kids and bars for the folks.
