Description
Shabay Villas Uvongo is a self-catering holiday apartment situated within Shabay Villas, Uvongo, (Manaba) on the seafront in the first row of this quiet complex. Guests can view the magnificent sunrises and waves from the bedrooms, lounge and balcony. The unit accommodates 4 guests.
This flat is on the beach, just walk over the road. It is within a 5-minute walk to the Lucien tidal pool and 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Lucien beach, where there are life-savers on duty every day.
It is within close proximity to shops, 3 km to the Hibiscus Mall and 7 km to the Shelly Centre and the South Coast Mall. We are spoilt for good restaurants!
The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, toilet and a basin. The second bedroom has twin beds and the second bathroom features a shower, toilet and a basin. The lounge opens onto a balcony with sea views. Linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring bath towels and swimming towels.
The apartment is equipped with a stove, microwave, 2 fridge-freezers, a toaster, tea- and coffee-making facilities, crockery, cutlery, an electric frying pan, stainless steel braai for use on your balcony as well as a 32-inch smart TV. Please bring along your DSTV decoder, cables and smart card; it is not DStv Explora compatible.
The complex also has communal braai facilities and a large tropical garden overlooking the swimming pool. There is 1 safe allocated undercover parking space for 1 vehicle. An additional open parking space for a trailer is available in the trailer park. Only 1 vehicle and 1 trailer is allowed per flat. Visitors of resident holidaymakers may not use complex facilities such as parking, swimming pool and braai. The flat is not serviced.
The flat has a small safe, veranda chairs, a washing machine, a shared washing line, an ironing board and an iron.
The complex is situated in Lillicrona Boulevard, which is famous for walking, jogging, cycling and fishing.
