Description

Shangri la 408 is a fully equipped self-catering unit in the popular coastal town of Doonside which is located about 30km south-west from Durban between Amanzimtoti and Illovo.

This unit is comfortably furnished for a family of 6 and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and makes use of the second bathroom that is fitted with a shower, basin and a toilet. There is a comfortable sleeper couch for 2 extra guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery as well tea- and coffee-making facilities. Guests can enjoy their meals at the 4-seater breakfast bar or relax in the lounge that is furnished with a comfortable couch and a TV. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Guests can admire the ocean views from either the lounge area or the main bedroom.

Shangri la features secure basement parking for one vehicle and three lifts that also operate during power outages by using a generator. The complex has a shop and take-away dinner restaurant, with daily specials at very affordable prices. Beach chairs, umbrellas and carts are also available for rent at the shop. Guests can make use of the communal braai facilities, large swimming pool or the small pool for children, picnic area, as well as a play area.
