Shearers Cottage B @ Jakhalsdans Karoo Guest House, Farmstay and Safaris is a charming retreat situated on the picturesque Jakhalsdans Farm in Loxton, nestled among several other accommodation units. The cottage is surrounded by lush gardens filled with birdlife, creating a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. Located on a 13,000-hectare working farm, Jakhalsdans is home to a wide range of wildlife that guests can explore on foot, by bicycle, on horseback, or through guided game drives.

The air-conditioned unit can accommodate 2 adults and 3 children and is furnished with 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed on request. A sleeper couch that converts into a single bed and a trundle bed are also available. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, vanity basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge-freezer, 2-plate stove and mini-oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is a TV and a cosy Dover coal stove for the chilly evenings.

The unit opens onto an outdoor patio that overlooks the dam and features built-in braai facilities along with a charming dining area, ideal for enjoying meals together.
