Description

Shelley Point Cottage is a thatched double-storey townhouse located in the Shelley Point Estate, approximately 200 m from the beach. The property offers accommodation suitable for families seeking a coastal retreat.

The duplex accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom with a double bed. One bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath, toilet, and basin, while the second bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and basin. An additional single bed is available in the living room for one extra guest by prior arrangement and at an extra nightly rate.

The open-plan living area includes a lounge with a corner suite, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and other appliances. A separate scullery houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area opens onto a shaded patio with outdoor furniture and a built-in braai. Flat-screen smart TVs with OpenView DStv are available in the lounge and main bedroom, with Netflix access in the lounge. Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Guests have access to secure open parking bays approximately 50 m from the unit. Shelley Point Estate also offers a 9-hole golf course, communal swimming pool, walking and cycling paths, and direct beach access.
