Recommended B&B in Hillcrest. We had a very enjoyable stay at Sibsons House. It was quiet and tranquil. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The place was wonderful. The staff are excellent and attentive to our needs. Everything was perfect. Our host went out of his way to accommodate our requests and was very helpful with anything.

Not worth it, and would not recommend. Run down. Was probably a good establishment at one point. Rooms need a lot of maintenance. Toilet doesn't work, power is connected with extension cords. Electric blanket doesn't work. Water was also limited. Coffee table falls apart. Breakfast was included, but no one knows about it. Staff shouts from the 2nd floor to help you when you're at reception. Friendly staff and management. We stayed at Sibsons House a few days into the big flood in Natal. There was no water at Sibsons house due to the flooding and water pipes were washed away. The wonderful staff and management made sure we had water for bathrooms and drinking at all times, even bringing us lovely hot water to bathe in the mornings. Very friendly and helpful.
