Description
Rivervilla Stone Cottage is a charming guesthouse in the heart of the Southern Drakensberg, near the Lesotho border. Surrounded by stunning landscapes and scenic hiking trails, it offers a perfect retreat for business and leisure travellers looking for a relaxing stay or holiday getaway.
Accommodation is offered in a cottage, a villa, and a backpacker unit, which can comfortably accommodate 2, 4, or 8 guests. The rooms are each furnished with either a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, 2 single beds, or a bunk bed. The bathrooms are fitted with a bath and shower facilities.
The cottage and the villa each include a kitchen equipped with self-catering facilities, while the backpacker unit only includes tea- and coffee-making facilities.
Guests can enjoy a scenic horseback ride and meal at Pig 'n Pony while children interact with farm animals. They can also explore a nearby waterfall, play tennis, volleyball or just unwind. The Drakensberg offers excellent birdwatching opportunities with diverse species to spot.
