Sionshoop Farm House is a lovely self-catering home located on the owner’s farm, just outside of Van Wyksdorp. It is ideal for friends and family who are looking for a peaceful getaway to the countryside where they can kick back and relax in the surrounding nature.
The home can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children and comprises 2 bedrooms, a loft, and a bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a fireplace. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, and the loft contains a child-only sleeper couch. There is an option for 2 additional children to sleep in the loft at an extra cost. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a dining table. The open-plan living area features comfortable seating and a fireplace. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy a spacious patio with a braai, outdoor furniture and a wood-fired hot tub. Solar power and secure parking is available on the premises. The farm boasts a shared plunge pool and deck area, an entertainment venue, walking trails, dirt biking trails, a vegetable garden and nearby 4x4 routes. Local amenities such as shops and restaurants can be enjoyed in Van Wyksdorp that is approximately 7.2 km away.
