Description

Sionshoop Guest Farm offers comfortably furnished self-catering units, 6 km from Van Wyksdorp, with magnificent views of the Rooiberg and Langeberg mountains.

Guests have a choice of units that can each accommodate 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children. Each unit comprises 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a lounge. The rooms are furnished with queen-size beds and 2 single beds, respectively, and share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower, and a toilet.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and guests can relax in the lounge which has a cosy fireplace. Meals are available on request at an additional cost.

The on-site function venue can accommodate up to 25 people for a reunion, a wedding, a birthday celebration, or dinner functions. Guests can enjoy a spit braai, or make use of the built-in pizza oven, while the children play on the trampoline. Sionshoop Guest Farm offers a variety of picnic spots, hiking and mountain biking trails, olive trees, as well as a well-kept vegetable garden.

Van Wyksdorp is a small, quiet hideaway that can only be accessed by good gravel roads with The Mall centre and other local gems, and Sionshoop Guest Farm offers an opportunity to live in nature with the sound of the bees, birds, frogs, and crickets.
