The double-storey house has a lovely sea view and consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an en-suite bathroom. The other 3 rooms are on the top floor, and share the use of 2 bathrooms; 1 with a shower, and the other with a bath and a shower overhead. 2 Additional single beds are also available on this floor.
Situated on the ground floor, the kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, as well as a fridge. A dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble-dryer are available.
Meals can be enjoyed in the dining area, and guests can relax in the lounge, which has a TV with DStv. A games room with a pool table, a bunk bed, as well as a TV with DStv, is available. Guests can also make use of the indoor gas braai that overlooks the ocean, as well as the splash pool. A study corner is available on the top floor.
An outdoor braai area, a fish-cleaning area, as well as an outdoor shower are available. Parking is available in a double garage. A cleaning service is included in the rate.
The Skuitbaai eco-estate has its own security, a small seaport for ski boats, a beach, a tennis court, and a swimming pool. The Fynbos Golf and Country Estate is just 800 m away.
