We booked under the name Skylight Guesthouse, but the actual name is Louisville. Skylight Guesthouse (Actual Name: Louisville Guesthouse). We booked through the website under the name Skylight Guesthouse, but when we arrived, the actual name was Louisville Guesthouse, which caused a bit of confusion. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the security guard, who went out of his way to assist us. He brought us everything we needed that was missing — including cups, spoons, coffee/tea — and showed us how to operate the kettle, which was quite difficult to use. A few things didn’t match the listing: • No cups, spoons, or coffee/tea were provided initially. • The kettle was tricky to operate. • There weren’t enough towels, although the one provided was very soft. • The shower was excellent. • A mirror at the basin is needed for shaving or grooming. Despite these issues, the staff’s quick and friendly service made a big difference. With a few small improvements, this guesthouse could offer a much smoother and more comfortable experience.

We apologise for any offence caused by the name confusion. The property's name was changed from Louisville Guesthouse to Skylight Guest Lodge by a new owner. We are in the process of changing the external logo name outside. We do pledge to use more towels with our coffee/tea, utensils, and mugs. We pledge to make the experience more comfortable and seamless. Thank you.
