Slipway Beach Front Villa is an exceptionally spacious and welcoming home, perfectly positioned on a boat slipway. It offers a stunning bird’s eye view of boats coming and going, while being set back from the busy traffic, ensuring peace and privacy. This makes it the ideal retreat for large families or groups.
Designed to feel warm and homely, both levels of the villa are nearly identical, offering comfort and convenience with subtle differences. This double-storey villa accommodates up to 12 guests. It features 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, while the remaining two are furnished with single beds. Each bedroom en-suite bathroom is fitted with either a shower, a bath, or just a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge, toaster, microwave, and kettle, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.
Additional amenities include a TV, indoor braai area, dining area, lounge area, and convenient appliances like a washing machine and dishwasher. Outside, there is a well-maintained grass area with a lovely view of the sea.
