Solar-Powered Oceanview Retreat is a tranquil, eco-conscious escape nestled within the exclusive Romansbaai Eco & Fynbos Estate. Surrounded by pristine fynbos and panoramic ocean views, this stylish home offers the perfect blend of luxury and sustainability, ideal for couples, families, or small groups seeking a relaxing getaway.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with both a bath and a shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, while the third contains 2 single beds, both of these rooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers. The fourth bedroom includes a queen-size bed and has access to a separate bathroom, also fitted with a shower. All linen and towels are provided; however, guests are asked to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan living area boasts a fully equipped modern kitchen with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, cutlery and crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. For added convenience, a dishwasher and washing machine are also available. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with an 8-seater table, flowing seamlessly into the comfortable lounge furnished with plush seating and a smart TV with Netflix. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
