Extra Fees

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R850 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No pets are allowed.

Please bring your own towels.

Do not move the furniture.

Any lost crockery will have an additional cost.

Any problems with the equipment, contact the caretakers.

When leaving, please keep the unit clean. Any dirty crockery will incur an additional cost.

Please turn off the stove at the wall plug. Please note that the stove plates are lubricated with Vaseline to prevent rust; they will smoke a little when used. Please relubricate the plates before you leave.

Please ensure that all windows are properly closed.

Please turn off the TV at the wall plug.

Cleaning services are available from Monday to Friday. No weekends.

No laundry may be washed in the unit, and laundry, including towels and swimwear, may not be hung over drying racks in the corridors or on the walls of the corridors.

Please use the washing machines and clotheslines on site. The machines use new R5 coins and are available at the office.

You must provide your own soap powder and fabric softener.

Children under 12 years of age may not use the lifts without supervision.

Children may not play in the corridors or on the stairs.

To ensure the safety of children and prevent excessive noise, motorcycles and similar vehicles may not be driven on the site.

There are no reserved parking spaces. Please park only in marked parking areas.

To prevent damage to vehicles, trailers will not be allowed on parking spaces under the building or on the carports on the site.

Please make use of the parking spaces provided for trailers.

Trailers may not be used to reserve parking spaces for cars.

If there is a second vehicle, this must be reported to the office. There is an area available for a second vehicle.

no persons may be accommodated in a residential unit than the number for which it was designed.

Please cover food when using the microwave.

Please do not overload electrical plugs.

Please do not repair or tamper with electrical equipment relating to common property yourself.

Only authorized persons may make changes to the electrical distribution board outside the unit.

Please move the kettle and toaster out from under the cupboard when you use them.

When washing your vehicle, only use buckets of water.
Please leave wet equipment, e.g. surfboards, outside until dry. Store in a way that does not damage anything in the unit.

Fishing rods can be stored on the kitchen cupboard.
