Description

Pelican Cottage is situated 800 metres from the beach and yacht schools. This is a spacious self-contained garden studio garden.

The apartment has its own private entrance and has an open-plan layout. It can accommodate 2 guests very comfortably. The bedroom area contains a queen-size bed and a cupboard. The en-suite bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchenette is fitted with a fridge-freezer, washing machine, a 2-plate gas hob, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster. There is a 4-seater dining table and chairs as well as a comfortable lounge area featuring a couch and a Smart TV where you can stream using your own personal accounts. Wi-Fi internet access is available. Outside, there is a patio with a 2-seater table and chairs.

Guests can enjoy the local farm village, and harbour with excellent restaurants, bars, and boat cruises. Chapman's Peak, Long Beach, and Constantia Wine Route are all in close proximity.
