House Rules

The person who booked the apartment must be present at check-in. Third parties, even if listed as occupants, may not check in without the primary booker present.

The apartment is self-service. Daily housekeeping can be arranged at an additional cost.

Kindly note that if these rules are transgressed, a warning will be issued. Further transgressions will result in a fine.

Smoking marijuana is strictly prohibited in the apartments.

Smoking cigarettes is not permitted.

No visitors are allowed.

Any behaviour deemed unacceptable by reasonable standards may result in immediate eviction.

Quiet hours are to be observed between 22:00 and 08:00.

Laundry may not be hung on balconies or in any area visible from outside the building or from other units.

This includes items such as buckets, mops, brooms, and refuse bags.

Refuse may not be left in front of apartment doors or in fire escapes.
