Splash Rock is a luxury self-catering holiday villa set right on the beach in the peaceful coastal village of Umtentweni, just north of Port Shepstone on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast. With panoramic ocean views, direct beach access, and world-class amenities, this spacious home is perfectly suited for families, friends, or groups seeking a stylish seaside escape.
The villa can accommodate up to 18 adults and 4 children and comprises 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, as well as a guest toilet. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, and its bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower. The third, fourth, and fifth bedrooms each contain a double bed and 2 single beds; 2 of these rooms include en-suite bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath. The sixth bedroom has 2 child-only bunk beds, while the seventh bedroom is furnished with a double bed. These bedrooms share the remaining bathrooms, one fitted with a shower and the other with a bath and shower. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The home features a fully equipped kitchen that includes a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The lounge and dining area offer comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax and also boast a fireplace. For entertainment, a smart TV with streaming services and free Wi-Fi is available.
