Springholm Cottages is situated alongside a beautiful lake in the heart of the picturesque Natal Midlands, where guests can experience tranquillity and hospitality. The cottages are located 12.6 km from Nottingham Road and is an ideal location for those wishing to explore the Midlands.
Accommodation is offered in fully equipped cottages and rooms situated in the main house, and a honeymoon suite. Three of the cottages are situated right on the lake, and all the cottages offer beautiful views. Each cottage comprises an open-plan living space, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bath and a shower. Each cottage is equipped with a TV with hotel package DStv channels. Each room, located in the main house, has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, and is equipped with tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a TV with hotel package DStv channels.
Guests can bring their own fishing rods and fish in the lake, on a catch-and-release basis. Picnics can be arranged, or head to the Café at Brahman Hills up the road for a delicious lunch, followed by a drink on the lounge deck with lovely views, or enjoy a drink in the underground Copper Bar, open daily from 18:00.
Activities in the area include beer tasting, mountain biking, trail running, bird watching, fishing, picnics and lovely walks. Explore the Midlands Meander with shops, breweries, eateries and activities.
