Stoepsit is a rustic, Karoo-style self-catering home in the charming town of Calitzdorp, ideal for families or friends seeking a peaceful countryside escape. This character-filled home reflects the simplicity and warmth of small-town living, offering guests an authentic Karoo experience.
The house accommodates up to 7 adults and 2 children in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a child-only single bed, and a pull-out single bed, with access to an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, double basins, and a toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third features a queen-size bed. The second bathroom, fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet, is located just outside on the back stoep, adding to the home’s country charm. Linen, towels, and gas-powered hot water are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The lounge offers comfortable seating, a TV, and a fireplace, while the sunroom includes a sleeper couch and a pool table that converts to table tennis. Wi-Fi and self check-in are available.
Outside, guests can unwind in the KolKol wood-fired hot tub, enjoy the covered braai area, and relax in the small garden. Parking is available in a double garage for 1 large or 2 small cars, with additional safe street parking. Local shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
