Description

Situated in Yzerfontein, Stokkiesdraai is a beautiful self-catering holiday home offering an ideal retreat for family and friends. The charming seaside village is renowned for its beautiful beaches, seasonal wildflowers, excellent fishing opportunities, and breathtaking scenery.

This sunny double-storey holiday home comprises 3 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates 6 adults and 3 children. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All the rooms come with quality linen, towels, electric blankets, fans and heaters to ensure guests' comfort. The upstairs family room contains a double bed and single beds for 2 children. The sun room also contains a single bed for a child.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, smeg gas stove, oven, and microwave. A dishwasher and washing machine are available for guests to use. The living area offers a comfy lounge suite as well as a smart TV and opens onto an indoor braai area with its own seating area. The sunroom is a delightful space for socialising, with a dedicated workspace and a daybed for reading or relaxation.

Outside guests will find a second braai area as well as a splash pool, ideally positioned for shelter from the wind. Guests are also provided with complimentary Wi-Fi and secure parking. A bonus feature of the property is the presence of a hybrid inverter, ensuring uninterrupted electricity during power outages for the TV, Wi-Fi and certain lights. There is covered parking for 1 vehicle as well as space for 3 cars in the secured parking area.

The harbour, local shops, restaurants, deli's, artisanal stores, and supermarkets are all within easy reach of the house. The local area offers many walking and cycling trails, as well as horse rides on the beach, and wine tasting. Yzerfontein offers an incredible Wildflower experience during August and September.
