Secluded, quiet, mountains, walks, comfort, bird-life - heaven! A wonderfully peaceful getaway in the Worcester Mountains.

We had a lovely time here. We enjoyed the stay. The house is lovely. We just want to mention it is not a hot tub (like the ad says); it is a pool, so definitely cold. For any ladies wanting to wash and dry their hair while staying here, you aren't able to dry or flatiron your hair as it will trip the power.

Just what we needed. My hubby, myself and our 2 fur babies stayed at the Stone Cottage from the 01 May - 04 May 2025. It was exactly what we needed, the pure pleasure on our fur babies' faces, waking up every morning to the breathtaking views, enjoying our morning coffee and tea on the stoep, watching the little lone duckling in the dam, while its parents were out for the day, going for our morning and late afternoon walks, stoeping, enjoying each other's company, playing Uno and dominos, reading and just relaxing. Driving home we felt recharged. We will definitely be back again, as there were a few trails we didn't get a chance to do, as well as we missed out on trying the blueberry jam. Thank you for an amazing getaway.

2 days is too short. Fantastic, views and privacy very good. Would suggest a heated pool in winter, but all in all a very pleasant experience!
