Studio on Swansea is a beautiful self-contained studio with secure parking and solar energy. This separate entrance studio is located on the owner’s property in leafy Parkwood and is within close proximity to Rosebank Mall, Rosebank Gautrain station, Johannesburg Zoo, Zoo Lake and 15 minutes by car to Sandton City and Johannesburg CBD.

This spacious studio can accommodate 2 guests at a time and is furnished with a king-size bed. A shower, Victorian bath, double washbasin and toilet are available in the en-suite bathroom. Bath towels and soaps are provided.

Additionally, this studio features a TV with a full selection of DStv channels, a safe for valuables and a coffee station with a bar fridge and a microwave. For those wanting to get some work done, a work desk and free Wi-Fi are available. The property includes a heated swimming pool which guests can use at an additional cost and only by prior arrangement.

The property is very secure with 24-hour security electric fencing, an alarm system and armed response. Guests are afforded secure parking for one car behind a remote-controlled gate on the property. More parking can be arranged at additional cost and only by prior arrangement.
