Sugarlands Cottage offers comfortable accommodation in a self-catering cottage on Sugarlands Farm, 6 km from the N3 in the heart of the Midlands Meander. The cottage is situated on the edge of a bass dam, making it an ideal spot for a quiet and private getaway, complete with a cozy fireplace in winter.

The cottage can accommodate 4 guests and features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin.

The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate stove, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, cutlery, and crockery. The living area includes 2 single beds, couches, a TV with DStv, and a fireplace. The unit also has a covered patio with outdoor furniture and built-in braai facilities. The cottage is cleaned daily, and pets are welcome.

Guests can relax or fish at the lapa next to the dam or enjoy walks around the property.
