Lovely home away from home. Amazing little home away from home. I absolutely loved staying in Summer 1840. The property was full of character, with excellent amenities. Very nice stay. Summer 1840 is the 'cutest' cottage in Potchefstroom. The cottage has so much character and has been beautifully renovated. It's lovely to sit on the veranda. The cottage is perfect for a couple who want to share a bed, and less suitable for single adults travelling together but wanting to sleep separately, as the sofa bed in the lounge is not really suitable for an adult.
