Sundial Villa is a beautiful self-catering holiday home that is located in the seaside suburb of Llandudno on the Atlantic Seaboard of Cape Town. It is a fantastic choice for friends and family who are looking for a peaceful getaway to this sought after destination where they can kick back and relax and immerse themselves in the surroundings.
The double-storey Villa can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bathrooms. All 5 bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds. Two of the bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms that are fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet, while the other three en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower. Linen, bath and swimming towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a breakfast bar with stools and a dining table. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for the guests’ convenience. The bar area opens up to the outside and features a mini fridge, glasses, bar stools and comfortable seating that overlooks the garden and the partial ocean views. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable couch, a TV and a fireplace. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy a private courtyard with seating and a firepit, a spacious garden with an outdoor dining area and a braai and an inviting swimming pool. The property boasts an organic vegetable garden and secure parking is available on the premises. Llandudno Beach is approximately 1.9 km away, with local amenities such as shops and restaurants being within close proximity in Hout Bay.
