These units comprise open-plan living or have separate bedrooms with a private bathroom, and each flat features a well-equipped kitchen with basic appliances to cook meals. In addition, each flat contains a TV with selected DStv channels and air-conditioning.

Some of the Family units located on the ground floor boast a private pool, and a few of the units have a private braai area to use. The resort also features a communal pool and braai area, a playground for kids, and a games room with a pool table and other fun games.
