It was wonderful and clear directions. It was wonderful. One of the days was very cold; we had to sit around the fire to keep warm. I think the owner should consider fixing the fireplace as it was out of order. Otherwise, the place is beautiful.

Fun, relaxing and restful. Our stay was really nice and relaxing. We were not bothered by anyone during our stay. We were visited by some cows who lay under the shade trees. All in all, a very relaxing weekend in a very well equipped cottage!

Relaxing. Great break from city craziness.

So peaceful for the soul. A lovely remote cottage in a beautiful spot. We were not sure if we could swim in the river due to water quality and currents. When the owner gave us the go ahead, it was awesome; the kids loved it.

Great getaway cottage. Great secluded cottage with a break from technology. Big space for kids to play and lots to do in the area.

Loved it, will definitely revisit in the future. The location of the cottage is awesome and very well furnished. All needs are well catered for. Unfortunately, due to the rains, the roads became very bad and without a 4x4 they would not be drivable. Thanks to the hosts who came to our aid and got us in and out. No cell or data signal may be a safety concern should an emergency occur. The web page needs to be more transparent regarding the access roads, electricity, and hot water systems so clients know what to expect. Still a fantastic place to visit if you want to get off the grid and relax.

Tranquil. We loved the location. So peaceful and close enough to where we needed to be for the Oxpecker.
