Switsongo B&B is a tastefully decorated bed and breakfast located in the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, in the heart of South Africa's wildlife safari country. The area is jam packed with interesting wildlife ranging from the Big 5 to magnificent birds, plants and reptiles. The area is a nature lover's dream location. Switsongo provides an ideal base from which to explore this magnificent area.
Accommodation is available in 4 beautifully appointed double rooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Each room is furnished with a queen-size bed. In-room facilities include air-conditioning, ceiling fans a TV with selected DStv channels and Wi-Fi access. All 4 rooms open onto the central courtyard and pool deck. A maximum of 4 couples or 8 guests, can be accommodated at one time.
Delicious breakfasts, made from the best local ingredients, are served daily in the dining room. The natural bush environment in which Switsongo is located promises a variety of wildlife and bird sightings. Warthog, zebra, waterbuck, duiker, impala and kudu are but a few of the species that can be seen from Switsongo. Guests can walk or drive around the estate and visit the dams and bird hides in the green belt of the estate.
