The cottage offers easy access to the N3 highway and is centrally located near the Golden Horse Casino, making it ideal for corporate stays and popular annual events such as the Comrades Marathon, Dusi Canoe Marathon, Amashova Cycle Race, the Royal Showgrounds, and The Garden Show.

The cottage can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child. It comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the lounge features a daybed suitable for a child, offered at no extra cost. The modern en-suite bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and washbasin.
