Description

The Aubergine Suite at Avant-Garde offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a spacious unit located on the owner's property in Constantia, Western Cape, ideal for a family getaway. The unit is accessed via a spiral staircase in a large 6-car garage connected to the main house.

This unit can accommodate 4 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and would also use the en-suite bathroom.

The living area features an open-plan design with a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, air fryer, cutlery, and crockery. For added convenience, a dishwasher is also available. A 4-seater dining table adjacent to the kitchen is perfect for meals. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable seating and a Smart TV with Netflix, Showmax, and DStv channels, along with free Wi-Fi facilities. The unit is fitted with a solar/battery backup system, ensuring no load shedding.

Outside, guests have access to additional outdoor seating, ideal for sundowners. During the summer days, a refreshing shared pool awaits guests, offering a rejuvenating respite from the heat. Braai facilities and a sauna are also available upon prior arrangement.
