The Avondale Escape offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a spacious apartment located in the heart of Green Point, and is an ideal option for a family getaway on the beachy Cape coast.



This suite accommodates up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and opens onto a private balcony with beautiful ocean and mountain views. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, while the shared bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The living area features a stylish open-plan layout, including a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, a washing machine, and a breakfast bar. Leading from the kitchen is a comfortable lounging area and for entertainment, a TV and access to Wi-Fi are available.
