Description

The Barn offers self-catering cottages, located on the owner's property which is situated in the leafy suburb of Hilton. The cottages sre strategically positioned in the garden to ensure the privacy of the guests.

The Barn is a spacious, free-standing cottage that comprises 1 bedroom. It features a king-size bed which can be converted into 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The adjacent living area can accommodate 2 extra guests on comfortable stretchers. There is a TV with the full DStv bouquet of channels and free Wi-Fi Internet is also provided in the cottage. The open-plan kitchen contains a microwave, a 2-plate gas stove, a fridge-freezer, and crockery and cutlery. Tea, coffee, milk and rusks are provided. The living area leads out to a verandah, which has braai facilities for guests to use.

The Fox and Hound unit comprises 2 bedrooms, with a queen-size bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. Stretchers can be provided for 2 additional guests. Guests share a bathroom with a shower-over-bath, toilet and basin. There is also a cosy open-plan living area with a wood-burning fireplace, a TV with the full DStv bouquet of channels and free Wi-Fi Internet. The kitchen features a fridge, 2-plate gas stove, microwave and tea- and coffee-making facilities with rusks.

The property has a security system, and there is ample off-street parking available. The Barn is located close to upmarket shopping centres, schools, restaurants, hospitals, Midmar Dam and The Midlands Meander, as well as to many major sporting events.
