A wonderful weekend. Fairies' Nook was the ideal base for a perfect winter weekend in Franschhoek. The host is friendly and responsive, and the house is somehow both spacious and cosy, and extremely comfortable. Our teenage daughter loved the downstairs bedroom and the main bedroom is great. The kitchen is well-stocked, even featuring a hand mixer for keen bakers. It was perfect, and we'll definitely return.

Quaint and quirky hideaway in a perfect location. We had such a lovely weekend in Franschhoek at The Fairies' Nook. The position is perfect (two blocks away from the main street) and we really enjoyed being able to walk around town from our accommodation. Check-in was easy with lockbox codes and we could come and go as we pleased with our own entrance. Everything worked beautifully. For the less mobile, note that the loft bedroom does not have a toilet upstairs and only has a bath, so if you aren't too nimble and need to visit the loo at night, you are better off downstairs.

Peaceful. A lovely little home with all you will need within 240 m of town and the prettiest private garden with a pool and partial mountain views.
