The Folly is a lovely self-catering holiday house situated in the picturesque village of Vanderkloof. This home is ideal for a family or a group of friends looking for a quiet holiday, as it boasts beautiful views of the valley and Vanderkloof Dam.
This property can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with 2 extra-length single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed on request. The main bedroom features an air-conditioner and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bathroom, which has a bath and a shower, is shared by the remaining 2 bedrooms. Quality linen, bath towels and swimming towels are provided.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, double oven, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as a dishwasher. Leading from the kitchen are a 6-seater dining table and a lounge with comfortable seating. For guests’ entertainment, a TV and access to free Wi-Fi are available. There is a fireplace for cosy winter days and nights.
Guests have access to a patio that boasts views of the Vanderkloof Dam and features a lounge area with comfortable seating, a dining area suitable for 8 guests, and a built-in braai. To keep cool on hot Karoo days, there is a splash pool adjacent to the verandah. The property boasts an outdoor shower as well as a lovely garden.
