Charming farm stay, stunning views, warm hospitality, ideal for families. We had a wonderful stay at the Rose in Bloom house at The Glen Stud Farm in Swellendam. Perfectly located, it offered breathtaking views of the mountains and surrounding nature, while still being conveniently close to town. We loved exploring the walking trails leading to a stunning waterfall and enjoyed the charming atmosphere of the farm, especially the beautiful sight of horses grazing nearby. Lena made our experience truly special with her warm hospitality, always assisting kindly with any additional requests we had. The nearby town added to the charm of our visit, offering a lovely Saturday market and fantastic restaurants. Highly recommend this accommodation for families or groups looking for tranquility and natural beauty. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful stay! Wonderful stay! A great location just outside of town - and still very close if you need the shops and restaurants. The kids loved riding their bikes around the farm and saying hello to the horses. The house is pristine - neat, tidy and offering everything you need. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Pragtige ligging, reg teen die natuurreservaat. Kon die oggend net by hekkie uitgaan en op 'n trail gaan. Fantastiese ligging as die natuur wil verken, en ook naby aan die dorp.

I like to describe it in one word, quality. This is a real gem of the place if you enjoy nature, hiking and MTB. I would certainly recommend it to friends and fam. No need to bring anything extra even leave your DSTV card at home, they have it. A small downside is the amount of flies, then again it understandable as this is on a stud farm. Not a big deal.
