Highly recommend this wonderful Bushveld retreat. An absolute delight. Peace, tranquility, well-appointed cottage, stunning views and the Herman Charles Bosman Museum a short distance away. River trail was beautiful. The stars at night were something else. Looking forward to a return visit.

Calm relaxing break away in a wonderful setting and surroundings. Very nice unit for a solitude getaway or with a small family. The unit was very clean and everything was in perfect order. House rules are clear and not restrictive. Break away to this place was just what the doctor ordered. Would recommend 11/10.

Brilliant Bushveld breakaway. Every single thing about this spot is simply spectacular - the serenity, the silence, the scenery. Picturesque surroundings, exquisite walking trails and pristine well-equipped accommodation, coupled with superb service from Karen throughout, made this trip truly special. It's the stuff of magical memories! And, of course, the reading and re-reading of Herman Charles Bosman's Oom Schalk Lourens stories.

Waarde vir geld - nooit weer nie. Glad nie die eienaars gesien met 'n oog nie. Vir die prys wat ek betaal het, en geen krag het vanaf 10 uur die aand, omdat hulle die krag op 'n timer sit, was dit nogal teleurstellend. Die plek het aangemaan dat ek 'n sleutel deposito van betaal alvorens hulle my enige inligting sal deurstuur - en voor 'n sekere tydperk. Absoluut geen interaksie met die eienaars - gevoel soos skelms wat privaat eiendom betree. Die plek is on toegankelijk, selfs vir 'n 4X4.
